“I called MPM to deliver a few loads of rock for a small project I was completing. Upon delivery, we ran into a small issue with the dump location but Austin was willing to go above and beyond to help solve the issue. The rock was delivered when he said it would be and the price was competitive. I would not hesitate to call him again for any of my property maintenance needs.”

“My flower beds never looked better. The overgrowth of weeds in each area didn’t deter Austin. It was raining on the day he was scheduled to come. He continued to update me as the rain diminished to let me know when he would be here. He was professional yet personable, listened to my requests, left the area clean, and checked with me before he left to make sure I was happy with the results.”

“Austin came to my house today and soft washed the roof and soffits. Great job and very pleased with the quality of work along with Austin’s work ethics. My roof is several years old and has not been touched since new. We live in an area close to the distillery so the angel share from the bourbon is quite bad. Austin was able to wash it all off the roof and left no signs on the ground from the cleaning. Thanks Austin Great Job.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys deserve it. Marshalls Property Maintenance has been taking care of our short-term rental properties, and they’ve been excellent. Mowing, landscaping, overall upkeep — everything is consistently done right and on time. As someone managing multiple properties, reliability matters, and they’ve been exactly that. “Marshall’s was able to help us out of a real bind - we were demolishing a house and needed help removing and disposing of the concrete from the foundation. Not only were they able to remove every last scrap of it, they was able to find a responsible re-use, so we knew it was disposed of properly. Their fees were extremely competitive too!”

He communicated with me throughout the project about days and times things would occur. The work was completed in a timely fashion and he made sure it was to my satisfaction.
